We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, this is not the case, we accept the return, or exchange for another size or garment.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM TERM FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS?
You have 15 days from when you received your package to make any changes or returns.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS?
Do not exceed the maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt.
All returned items must be in original condition. Unused, unwashed and with its original label and box (if any).
Changes and returns of garments are not allowed on request or with arrangements.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR RETURN?
You have 3 options to make an exchange or refund:
1.-) Sending the garments on your own.
You can send us the clothes you want to change or return with the company you choose. Previously, write to email@example.com with your order number, and we will provide you with the shipping address.
PINTINI is not responsible for shipments made on behalf of the client if they are not delivered to our address or lost.
2.-) Ask us to pick up your garments at home.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your order number to manage the exchange or return of your garments. The cost of the collection is € 8 for Spain-Peninsula.

3.-) Request the address of our atelier and bring it to yourself
In the event that you are in Madrid, you could pay us a visit to our atelier and thus make the exchange or return. Ask us for the address by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?
We will receive and check the clothes. Once the perfect condition of these is approved, the return will be approved and you will receive an email informing you of the refund.
You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7-15 days, depending on your bank.
The amount to be reimbursed will be that of the items returned. In no case will the shipping cost be refunded.
